Randy Lake

Randy Lake is currently the Chief Operating Officer at CRH, where Randy brings over a decade of experience as the former Chief Executive Officer of CRH Americas Materials. Randy also previously served as the President at Oldcastle, focusing on building relationships within key markets and implementing continuous improvement practices. With a MBA from Marymount University and a BBA from Grace College & Seminary, Randy has a strong educational background to complement their extensive leadership roles in the construction materials industry.
