David Hawkins

David Hawkins is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in utility infrastructure and project management. Currently serving as Utility Infrastructure Manager at Criado & Associates, Inc. since June 2019 and as Senior Supervising Engineer at WSP USA since October 2018, David has held numerous senior roles, including Senior Project Manager at Perkins Engineering Consultants and LNV, Inc., and Vice President at Unintech. Prior to these positions, David was a Senior Project Manager at Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. and Pape-Dawson Engineers, and served as President of John E. Hawkins & Associates for two decades. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (Sanitary) from the University of Arkansas, where studies were completed from 1973 to 1978.
