Sandesh Gawas

Sandesh Gawas is currently working as a Chef De Partie at Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels since December 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Head Chef at Hideaway Hospitality from February 2019 to December 2021. With extensive experience in the culinary field, they have worked in various roles such as Sous Chef at Embers Goa, Chef at Princess, and Commi I at Cidade de Goa. Their background also includes serving as a Hospitality Instructor at Don Bosco Tech Society and Commi I at M. H. Alshaya Co.
