Nelson Reposo has a diverse culinary background, starting with their current role as a Private Chef at Italba Dining since 2017. Nelson brings their experience from top kitchens in Italy, London, Cyprus, and Scotland. Prior to this, they worked as a Head Chef at Crieff Hydro Hotel and Resort from 2013 to 2016. Nelson also served as a Chef De Cuisine at Elysium Hotel, Beige in Limassol, and Cava in Elysium.
