Matthew Crawley

Matthew Crawley is an experienced finance and administration professional currently serving as the Finance & Administration Director at Cripps Leadership Advisors since January 2024. In this role, Matthew oversees Finance, Risk & Compliance, Operations, HR, Infrastructure, Technology, Real Estate, and Legal functions. Prior to this, Matthew held the position of Group Finance Director at Control Risks from July 2020 to July 2023, where responsibilities included financial reporting and control. Matthew also served in interim finance director roles across multiple regions within Control Risks. Earlier experience includes Divisional CFO at Euromoney Institutional Investor and finance-related positions at RBS and Alliotts. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physical Education, Sports Science & Recreation Management from Loughborough University.
