Rowan Phendler

Rowan Phendler is an experienced leader in the natural resources sector, currently serving as Director - Global Head of Natural Resources at Cripps Leadership Advisors since October 2022, where the focus is on executive search and leadership consultancy for infrastructure, energy, resources, and transportation industries. Prior to this role, Rowan held the position of Managing Director at Stratum International, specializing in the global mining industry. At Tetra Tech, from August 2015 to November 2020, leadership roles included Program Director for Human Capital and Project Manager, developing HR strategies and overseeing staff augmentation projects. Previous experience includes account management at Aerotek and a role as a Natural Resources and Health Interviewer with the Government of Canada. Rowan holds an Executive Education certificate from Wharton, an MBA in Global Leadership and Management from the University of Fredericton, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Bishop's University, along with a Diplôme d'études collégiales from Champlain College – Lennoxville.
