Abhik Pal

Abhik Pal is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in research and sustainability practices, currently serving as the Global Head of Buy-side at CRISIL Limited since June 2011. Under Abhik Pal's leadership, a $50 million research and ESG consulting business was transformed from negative growth to approximately 20% growth. Abhik Pal has held various senior roles at CRISIL, including oversight of the global investment management and research business, the development of a robust buy-side research team, and responsibilities for significant relationships within investment banking. Additional leadership roles include serving on the boards of CRISIL IREVNA US LLC and CRISIL Irevna Poland Sp. Zo.o. Prior experience includes a role as VP and Product Director at Amba Research and as an Assistant Manager at PwC. Abhik Pal holds a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has completed a Business Leadership Program at the University of Michigan.
