Ellen Renman

Ellen Renman is a seasoned project manager with a strong background in international relations and conflict resolution, currently serving as a Project Manager for Myanmar at CMI — Martti Ahtisaari Peace Foundation since March 2024. Previously, Ellen worked as a Program Specialist at UNDP, contributing to the Regional Stabilization Secretariat at the Lake Chad Basin Commission from May 2022 to January 2024. Ellen has extensive experience in project management roles at CMI and served as a Desk Officer at the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, focusing on West Africa. Additional roles include Asylum Case Officer at Migrationsverket, Political and Promotion Officer at the Embassy of Sweden, and various research positions in international organizations. Ellen holds a Master's degree in International Peace and Security from King's College London and a Bachelor's degree in Social & Cultural Studies from Goldsmiths, University of London.
