Ryan Downs is a seasoned software engineer with over a decade of experience in software development and support. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Crisis Prevention Institute since May 2012, Ryan Downs has successfully redesigned and implemented a mobile-responsive Learning Management System and developed automated batch process programs to enhance business efficiency. Previous roles include Software Engineer II and Junior Web Developer/HelpDesk Technician at Apex Systems, where responsibilities included providing Level 3 support for eCommerce systems and delivering timely reports for management. Earlier experience as a Software Development Engineer at Metavante involved collaboration on a next-generation Global Banking platform and supporting testing processes. Ryan Downs holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, and Physics from Milwaukee School of Engineering.
