Jenny Franciose

Jenny Franciose currently serves as the Director of Core Events at The National Society of Leadership and Success since December 2023. In addition, Jenny holds the position of Education and Training Specialist II at Solari, Inc., a role assumed in May 2022, following a previous title as Education & Training Specialist I. Prior experience includes serving as a Crisis Intervention Counselor at Southwest Behavioral & Health Services from December 2019 to May 2022, where responsibilities involved onsite crisis intervention and de-escalation support. Additional roles include Parent Practitioner at RY Services, Substitute Teacher and Paraprofessional at DVUSD, and CEO at Designer Wax Co. Jenny holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology from Northern Arizona University.
