Neil Sterud III

Neil Sterud III currently serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Mercy and Grace Ministries and is a Board Member at Crisis Support Services of Alameda County, both positions held since late 2023. Additionally, Neil is a Journalist at Contra Costa Herald and has been with the US Navy as a Builder since October 2020, specializing in construction and project management for overseas base infrastructure. Previous experience includes an internship with the U.S. House of Representatives, serving as a Financial Advisor at Thrivent, and owning a small cleaning business in South Australia. Neil is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at California State University Maritime Academy, following an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Los Medanos College, and is an Honors Graduate from Navy A-School in Building.
