Jon Theisen is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various kitchen roles. Currently serving as a Prepared Foods Technician at Acosta since January 2024, Jon has previously held positions such as Culinary Training Manager at STEELE BRANDS® from July 2020 to June 2023, Sous Chef at Red Cow, and Executive Sous Chef at Barrio. Additionally, Jon spent time at Parasole Restaurant Holdings, Inc. as a Sous Chef. Jon's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from The College of Wooster and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Iowa.
