Colby Landrum has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as a Digital Marketing Intern at Blooming Twig Books in 2014, where they managed the company's Google Plus page and created a Pinterest page to expand their online presence.
In 2015, Colby worked as a Videographer at Freedom Court Reporting, Inc, where they filmed, edited, and produced legal videos, explained pricing and package details to clients, and received training to run the video production office.
From 2016 to 2020, Colby was self-employed as a Client Manager/Videographer. They attracted and retained loyal clients by demonstrating integrity, knowledge, and accountability. Colby consulted with clients daily to coordinate project activities and served as a liaison between clients and the production department.
In 2020, Colby joined Crisp as a Project Manager. They acted as the bridge between clients and the creative team, collaborating to create project visions and delivering pre-production materials. They then transitioned to the role of Client Success Manager in 2021, tracking social media performance, collaborating with internal partners, and coordinating client campaigns. In 2022, Colby became a Client Success Team Lead, and in 2023, they were promoted to the position of Director of Client Success.
Throughout their career, Colby has developed strong skills in client management, videography, marketing, and project coordination. They have consistently proven themselves as a valuable team member in each of their roles.
Colby Landrum attended The University of Alabama from 2008 to 2012 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Advertising. In addition to their degree, Colby also received a certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2020.
