Jessica Mogill

Jessica Mogill has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jessica began their career as an Oil and Gas Six Sigma Intern at General Electric in 2006. From there, they worked as a Consultant at Capgemini from 2007 to 2010. Jessica then transitioned to the role of Field Sales Engineer at Bastian Material Handling from 2010 to 2011. Following that, they joined Jay Geier's Scheduling Institute as a Consultant from 2011 to 2014. Since 2014, Jessica has been with Crisp, where they have held multiple positions including Director of Operations and Director of Coaching. Jessica is currently serving as the Head of Coaching Strategy. Jessica is known for their expertise in organizational improvement, process improvement, team development, and strategic planning.

Jessica Mogill attended Auburn University from 2002 to 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor of Industrial and Systems Engineering (B.I.S.E.) degree.
