Daniel Hostetter is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in protease biology and cancer immunology. Currently serving as Principal Scientist in Autoimmune at CRISPR Therapeutics since February 2020, Daniel previously held the position of Director of Protease Biology at Amunix, where efforts focused on optimizing a T-cell engager platform and managing a collaboration with Merck. Prior experience includes significant roles at CytomX Therapeutics, where contributions led to awards and advancements in bispecific and cell therapy projects, and academia, where foundational research on proteases in cancer was conducted at UCSF and Stanford University. Daniel holds a PhD in Biochemistry from Stanford University and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
