Stephanie Fink

Stephanie Fink is an accomplished HR executive with over a decade of experience in human resources management and strategy. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources at CRISPR Therapeutics since December 2016, Stephanie leads the HR Operations Team and acts as a strategic partner to senior leadership. Prior to this, numerous roles in human resources were held at Aegerion Pharmaceuticals, Stream Global Services, Aspen Technology, and Monster, where expertise in total rewards strategies, international benefits, and equity administration was developed. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University.
