Christine Laduca

Christine LaDuca has extensive work experience in sourcing and procurement. Christine is currently serving as the Senior Director of Sourcing & Procurement at Emergent BioSolutions since September 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director Global Sourcing at the same company from March 2022 to September 2023.

Before joining Emergent BioSolutions, Christine worked at Stryker for ten years. Their roles at Stryker include Sourcing Director from July 2021 to March 2022, Senior Sourcing Manager from September 2017 to July 2021, Purchasing Manager from March 2015 to September 2017, and Branch Operations Manager from May 2010 to March 2015.

Christine also has experience at Brewer Automotive Components, where they served as the Manager of Production Control from October 2007 to May 2010 and as a Purchasing Specialist from November 2006 to September 2007.

Their career started at Starbucks Coffee Company as a Shift Supervisor and Learning Coach from May 2004 to October 2006.

Christine LaDuca earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Psychology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, completing their education in the years 2002 to 2006.
