Alesya Shpigotskaya is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the technology and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as the Country Talent Acquisition Lead at Criteo since May 2023, Alesya successfully integrated the Talent Acquisition function from IPONWEB into Criteo, demonstrating strong cross-functional collaboration. Prior to this role, Alesya headed Talent Acquisition at IPONWEB, where a global strategy was developed that led to a 31% increase in headcount across six countries.
