Megan Caldwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital strategy and commercial leadership. Currently serving as Head of Commercial Strategy for the Americas at Criteo since April 2021, Megan has also held various roles, including Director of Retail Partnerships and Team Lead of Retail Partnerships within retail media. Prior experience at Cox Media Group spanned from April 2013 to April 2021, where Megan advanced from Digital Producer to Digital Sales Director, successfully driving digital revenue growth and enhancing client satisfaction. Earlier career experiences include serving as Social Media Manager at New Age Skincare, where all social media accounts were launched and managed. Megan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts from St. Petersburg College.
