Michaël Sanchez

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, where innovative projects are supported through training and mentorship. Micha is the owner and founder of managination, a company focused on enhancing the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq promoting self-sovereign finance solutions, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, fostering decentralized infrastructure for the energy sector. Other notable positions include Foundation Board member and CTO at Share&Charge, Blockchain Advisory Board member at IIB Council, and Senior Blockchain Developer at Sweetbridge, Inc. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has completed additional studies at MIT and obtained a PMP certification in Project Management.
