Sandy Lin

Sandy Lin is the current Director of Finance at Criteria Corp. Sandy has over 6 years of experience in investment banking and strategic consulting. Prior to joining Criteria Corp, Sandy worked at Armory Group where they were responsible for executing 15+ transactions including buy-side and sell-side mergers & acquisitions, debt & equity financings, restructuring, and other financial advisory mandates for companies in the tech, media & entertainment, food & beverages, gaming & leisure, and consumer products industries. Sandy was also responsible for managing all aspects of transaction processes from overseeing the preparation of marketing materials and three statement models to drafting and evaluating proposals, to serving as primary point of contact for clients and potential investors, spearheading the due diligence process, assisting in structuring and negotiating deal terms, and coordinating and drafting closing documentation. Sandy actively participated in the firm's business development; sourcing deals by attending industry conferences and trade shows as well as networking events with company founders and executives. Sandy also recruited, hired, and directly managed the junior bankers.

Sandy Lin has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from NYU Stern School of Business and a degree in accounting from the University of Southern California. Sandy is also a member of FINRA.
