Kyle Dye has extensive experience in the field of cybersecurity, starting as a Cyber Intrusion Analyst and progressing to roles such as SOC Cyber Technical Lead at Criterion Systems. Before transitioning to the private sector, Kyle served in the United States Air Force, where they excelled as a Cyber Course Manager and Instructor. Additionally, they gained early work experience as an Installer at Safe and Sound Babyproofing, showing a commitment to ensuring safety and security.

Kyle Dye completed their Bachelor of Science in Informatics at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2007 to 2011, with a focus on National Security Affairs. Kyle then pursued a Master of Science in Information Technology Management (MSITM) with a concentration in Information Security / Assurance and Digital Forensics at Trident University International from 2013 to 2021.
