Sunil Reddy

Sunil Reddy's work experience includes serving as the CEO at Criterion since 2013. Criterion is a global provider of human capital management software, known for its user-friendly platform and automation of HR, payroll, talent engagement, and workforce management services. Sunil has led the company to achieve a high customer satisfaction rating and recognition as one of the top workplaces.

Before joining Criterion, Sunil served as the President at Adaco from 2008 to 2013. Under their leadership, Adaco experienced significant growth, increasing its market capitalization by 10 times in just four years. The company was ultimately acquired by Fourth, a UK-based private equity firm led by ECI Partners.
