João Santos

João Santos has extensive work experience in software engineering and product management. João started their career in 2002 as an Equipment Integration Engineer at Qimonda Portugal S.A., where they developed and adapted an equipment integration application using modern technologies.

In 2007, João joined Sodecia as a Senior Developer/Analyst, where they were responsible for the development team of an ERP system used in the company's factories and offices worldwide. João also participated in the analysis and design of the next version of the system's architecture.

Since 2009, João has been working at Critical Manufacturing. João has held various roles, including Senior Software Engineer, Principal Software Engineer, and Equipment & IoT Product Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for product design, architecture, and roadmap. João has expertise in technologies like .Net, C#, .Net Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, Docker, SECS/GEM, OPC-DA, OPC-UA, TCP/IP, Raspberry Pi, Arduino, and IoT. João is also a Certified Scrum Master.
