Jessica Vargas

Jessica Vargas has extensive experience in quality assurance and business intelligence roles. Jessica is currently working at Critical Mass as a Quality Assurance Lead, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at Hangar Worldwide starting in July 2022. Before Hangar Worldwide, Jessica worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at Hangar Worldwide starting in May 2017. Jessica also has experience as a Global Business Intelligence Analyst at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from November 2014 to May 2017. Additionally, Jessica worked at HP as a Reporting Analyst and Channel Data Management Team Account Manager from December 2011 to October 2014.

Jessica Vargas has a diverse education history. In 2010, they enrolled at the Universidad Metropolitana Castro Carazo and completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering in 2014. Jessica also attended the Instituto Nacional de Aprendizaje in 2010-2011 and obtained a certification in Technician Specialized English for customer services.

Jessica further enhanced their skills in the field by attending the Universidad Cenfotec in 2015, where they received a degree in Testing Software - QA. In 2017-2018, they pursued additional education at Universitat Abat Oliba CEU, specializing in Usability and UX User Experience.

Recently, in 2020-2021, Jessica attended Deque Systems, Inc to gain expertise in Web Accessibility. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in QA from DoubleClick in May 2017.
