Lara Payne

Lara Payne has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Lara most recently worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Critical Mass, where they proactively identified the best talent for the UK agency. Prior to that, they served as a Recruitment Manager at Publicis Communications, specializing in Client Services and Strategy recruitment for various companies. Lara also worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Leo Burnett Group UK, where they played a key role in building brands and delivering transformative results through creative strategies. Earlier in their career, Lara worked as a Recruitment Business Partner at WGSN, covering the UK, Americas, and Asia. Lara also held positions at Hays, where they served as a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner and Senior Consultant, and at Arcedia Direct as a Client Services Advisor and Senior Administrator.

Lara Payne attended the University of Winchester from 1999 to 2002. Lara obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors, majoring in English.
