Leisa Northcott

Leisa Northcott has a diverse work experience in the fields of copywriting, editing, and marketing communications. Leisa is currently working as a Copy Director at Critical Mass since May 2021. In 2006, Leisa began their career as a Freelance Writer & Editor, working independently. Leisa then joined RedPoint Media as an Editorial Assistant for the up! Magazine internship from 2006 to 2007. In 2008, they worked as a Marketing Communications Manager at NewDoor Marketing until 2015. Leisa then joined Wonder Communications as a Copywriter from October 2010 to December 2011. Leisa'slongest tenure was at ZGM Collaborative Marketing, where they worked as a Senior Copywriter from January 2012 to November 2019.

Leisa Northcott pursued their education in a systematic and disciplined manner. Starting from the year 2000, they enrolled at the University of Calgary, where they successfully completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications & Culture, with a minor in Film Studies. Leisa'sundergraduate studies lasted for four years, ending in 2004.

Building upon their undergraduate education, Leisa Northcott went on to further enhance their skills and expertise in the field of copyediting. In 2008, they enrolled in a certificate program at UC San Diego, specializing in Copyediting. With a commitment to continuous learning, they completed the program in 2011, acquiring valuable knowledge in the art of copyediting.
