MacKenzie Dukelow

Mackenzie Dukelow has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mackenzie is currently working at Critical Mass as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Prior to that, they held the position of Talent Acquisition Senior Associate at the same company. Before joining Critical Mass, Mackenzie worked at Levvel Inc. as a Technical Recruiter/Account Manager. At 7x Powered Group, they served as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they played a key role in various recruitment activities, including coaching and training managers, developing recruitment processes, and building strong talent pipelines. Mackenzie also worked as a Technical Recruiter at Aerotek and as a Sales Representative at Bacardi. Mackenzie gained teaching and research experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant at Western University. Mackenzie started their career as an Educator at lululemon athletica and also worked as a Server at Service Inspired Restaurants (SIR Corp.).

Mackenzie Dukelow's education history begins in 2012, when they enrolled in Western University and pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Honors Specialization in Criminology. Mackenzie completed their undergraduate studies in 2017.

From 2014 to 2014, Mackenzie participated in the Ontario/Rhônes-Alpes (ORA) Program at Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne, focusing on French Studies.

In 2017, they continued their education at Western University and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Sociology, which they completed in 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Mackenzie has earned certifications. In 2015, they obtained a Smart Serve Certification from Smart Serve Ontario. Later, in December 2022, they became a Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional (CDSP) through Sourcing Training & Certifications by Brain Gain Recruiting.
