Martine Lavoie has extensive work experience in the field of design and creative direction. Martine currently holds the position of Creative Director at Critical Mass, where they have been working since October 2022. Prior to this role, they served as an Associate Creative Director and Senior Art Director at the same company. Martine began their journey at Critical Mass as an Art Director in September 2015 and was later promoted to Senior Designer in June 2015.
Before joining Critical Mass, Martine operated as a freelance Co-owner and Graphic Designer under the name MBML from 2012 to December 2015. Martine collaborated with a videographer partner to bring creative ideas to life through visual design.
Martine also gained experience as a Digital Designer at Tribal Worldwide from March 2014 to October 2014. Martine was responsible for creating online and offline visuals, such as landing pages, banners, tiles, and digital panels, for various accounts.
Prior to their freelance work, Martine worked as a Graphic Designer at Aranatha in 2012 and at Revenu Québec from May 2011 to September 2011. Martine also served as a Promotional Agent at Le collège Mérici from 2008 to 2009.
Martine started their career in 2008 as a Freelance Graphic Designer, focusing their efforts on various aspects of design, including UI (User Interface) and Illustration.
Martine Lavoie obtained their Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Université Laval, which they pursued from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Certificate program in Visual Arts at Université Laval from 2009 to 2010. Their earlier education includes a College diploma in Multimedia Creation from Collège Mérici, which they completed from 2006 to 2008.
