Melissa Cutler

Melissa Cutler has a diverse and extensive work experience. Melissa started their career in 2009 as a Technical Support Associate at Alienware Inc, where they provided support for desktops, portables, and software. Melissa then moved on to Intensa in 2013, where they worked as an English Teacher, implementing various training programs. In the same year, Melissa joined Experian as a Cross Channel Marketing Account Manager, overseeing international email marketing campaigns for clients such as Godiva and Kenneth Cole. After that, they joined DXC Technology in 2016 as a Project Manager, specializing in storage migrations and IT infrastructure transformation projects. Currently, Melissa is working at Critical Mass as a Project Manager, although the end date for this role is not specified.

Melissa Cutler obtained a Master's degree in Project Management from Tecnológico de Costa Rica, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR, attending from 2008 to 2013.

In addition to their degrees, Melissa has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These certifications include Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) from CertiProf, which they obtained in July 2021, and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from CertiProf, obtained in May 2020. Melissa also holds a Microsoft Certified Professional designation from Microsoft, which they achieved in May 2016. Melissa is also certified in Managing Projects with Microsoft Project 2013/2016 and Scrum Fundamentals Certified. Furthermore, Melissa has completed Advanced Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 and Advanced Microsoft Excel Certification, both obtained from Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica in October 2014 and March 2014, respectively.
