Mica Dieterich

Mica Dieterich has gained extensive experience in the field of art direction. Starting in 2017, Mica worked at ARGONAUT as a Junior Art Director before being promoted to Art Director in 2019. In 2020, Mica began working as a Freelance Senior Art Director, handling clients such as Conscious Minds, Iris, and Credit Karma, while also pursuing web design on the side. In 2021, Mica joined Deloitte Digital as a Senior Art Director and worked until 2022. Currently, Mica holds the position of Senior Art Director at Critical Mass, starting in August 2022.

Mica Dieterich obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado Boulder between 2014 and 2017. They studied Advertising, Psychology, and had a Minor in Technology Arts and Media.
