Media Director at Critical Mass

Stefan Scheers has a diverse work experience in the field of media and digital marketing. Stefan is currently employed at Critical Mass, where they have held various roles since 2019. Stefan'scurrent position is Media Director, a role they started in May 2023. Before that, they worked as the Associate Media Director from October 2021 to May 2023, and as the Search Supervisor from March 2019 to September 2021.

Before their time at Resolution Media, Stefan was a Principal Campaign Performance Consultant at ReachLocal from September 2012 to May 2015. Stefan started their career at Google as a Quality Evaluator, where they improved ad targeting quality for the Dutch market, conducted text classification analysis, and enhanced classifiers for sensitive websites and pages. Stefan worked at Google from September 2011 to August 2012.

Stefan's early work experience includes a role as a part-time flex-worker at Dutch Spare Parts b.v. from January 2005 to September 2011. In this position, they were responsible for maintaining the client database, creating advertisements, and generating content for parts catalogues.

Stefan Scheers completed their Gymnasium education with a focus on Economy & Society at Pax Christi College from 2000 to 2006. Stefan then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Radboud University, which they completed from 2006 to 2009. During this time, from 2008 to 2009, Stefan also attended Växjö University, where they focused on Management & Organization Studies. Following their Bachelor's degree, Stefan continued their studies at Radboud University and obtained a Master's degree in International Management from 2009 to 2010.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Stefan has obtained several certifications. In 2007, they obtained a Driver's License B. In 2014, they became a Google Adwords Professional (Search, Display & Video) and achieved the Google Analytics Individual Qualification. More recently, in 2016, they became a Bing Ads Accredited Professional through Microsoft.
