Steven Viquez Rubi has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Steven started their career at Teleperformance as a Technical Support Agent, providing assistance to Microsoft's North American customers. Steven handled various operating system issues and also specialized in PC safety, particularly in dealing with virus infections and social engineering attacks.

Steven then moved on to Hewlett-Packard, where they worked as an Applications Management Operational Support agent for Cenovus, a Canadian company. In this role, Steven handled tickets at the service desk and provided support to different applications across various departments. Steven ensured compliance with SLAs and KPIs and performed daily and monthly health checks to ensure the proper functioning of different services.

Following their time at Hewlett-Packard, Steven joined DXC Technology as a Rich Media Developer in-house designer for the ACG team. Steven was responsible for the creation of digital media, UI/UX design, and iconography. Steven also developed web pages within both hard-coded and CMS environments, ensuring adherence to corporate branding guidelines.

Most recently, Steven worked at Critical Mass as a Web Content Developer. Steven'smain role involved site migration using the CMS Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Steven performed various tasks such as configuring editorial pages, loading content, adding SEO to media, building and configuring data-based pages, and configuring navigation and site admin pages. Steven worked in both English and French and ensured updates were correctly inherited by both sites. Steven also conducted quick testing to ensure the testing environment was up to date before handing it over to the QA team.

Steven Viquez Rubi completed a Tecnicatura degree in Graphic Design at Universidad Americana (CR) in 2014. Following this, they pursued a Diplomatura in Computer Engineering with a focus on Informatics at Universidad Técnica Nacional (UTN) until 2018.
