Sue Cardwell

Sue Cardwell has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance. Sue started their career at Redbox Digital in 2007, where they worked on a project in Sydney, Australia as a UAT specialist. Sue'sresponsibilities included proofreading, quality assurance, and legal compliance. Sue then moved to the London office of Redbox Digital in 2008, where they worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst. In this role, they executed test cycles, created test cases and scripts, and conducted system, usability, functional, and regression testing. In 2009, Sue joined Transversal as a Tester/Quality Assurance Technician, working in Cambridge, UK. Sue'srole involved front and back-end testing for clients across various industries. Sue also tested the company website and in-house CMS upgrade. Sue then joined Critical Mass in 2012, initially as a Quality Assurance Specialist and later as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst.

Sue Cardwell obtained their ISTQB Foundation degree in Software Testing from BCS in the year 2013.
