Tom Henebury has a solid work experience with a focus on account management and client services. Tom started their career as a Marketing Assistant at Riviera Travel in 2011 and then moved on to work as an Account Manager at Monarch Recruitment Ltd and Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) in 2012 and 2013 respectively. In 2014, they joined Cogent Elliott as an Account Manager before transitioning to McCann Worldgroup in 2015. At McCann Worldgroup, they progressively took on more responsibility, starting as a Digital Account Manager, then a Senior Digital Account Manager, and finally an Account Director. In 2020, they became the Head of Client Services at Electric House. Their next move was to OLIVER Agency in 2022, where they worked as a Group Account Director until the end of the year. Currently, Tom Henebury is employed as a Client Director at Critical Mass, a position they have held since April 2023.
Tom Henebury completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Theology/Theological Studies at Newman University Birmingham from 2007 to 2010. Tom also obtained additional certifications, including the Sitecore 7 Certified Marketer in June 2015 and the Sitecore 7 Certified Business User in May 2015.
