Seniqua S. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Seniqua began their career in 2011 as a Mentor and Caller for the Rutgers Foundation. In 2012, they became a Segment Producer, Ru-Info Update Host, and Wake Up Rutgers Pre Production Technician/CG Operator for RU-TV Network. In 2014, they worked as a Contributing Writer for Good*Fella Media, a Hospitality Specialist, Apoyo Support Specialist, and Client Success Specialist, Bilingual for Booker Software, and a Creator & E.I.C. for Lady Sen Talks. In 2019, they were an Associate Managing Editor, Social Media, and Outreach for Lunch Ticket and a Social Media and Outreach Team for Lunch Ticket (Issue 16). In 2020, they became a Freelance Educator for Yoga with Sen and the Founder of The Soul In Space. Finally, in 2017, they joined Critical Mention as an Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Video Production Editor.

Seniqua S. received a Master of Fine Arts with a dual concentration in Fiction and Poetry from Antioch University-Los Angeles in 2020. Seniqua also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Media Studies from Rutgers University School of Communication and Information, which they earned in 2015. In 2010, they completed a Diploma in Engineering from BCIT-Westech. In addition, Seniqua has obtained seven certifications since 2020, including Reiki 2 and Rising Reiki - Advanced Energy Work Practioner from Reiki for Reparation in 2021, Trauma Informed Yoga from transcending sexual trauma through yoga in 2020, Yoga Instructor Certification - Level I from Black Prana Magazine in 2020, Reiki 1 from Reiki for Reparation in 2020, Yoga Informed Trauma from Black Prana Magazine in 2020, and Yoga Nidra from My Vinyasa Practice, LLC in 2020.
