Srikanth Reddy has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Srikanth started their career at Mahindra Satyam, where they worked as a Senior Technical Associate and later as a Technical Associate. During this time, they worked on Telecom projects for clients such as Vodafone Ireland and Telefonica O2. Their responsibilities included Telecom testing, Shell scripting, code reviews, agile methodology, test documentation, and Oracle database.

After their tenure at Mahindra Satyam, Srikanth joined Truphone as a System Engineer. Here, they were involved in testing, maintenance, and support of the product. Srikanth also built an SNMP monitoring system and worked on the Cakephp framework to build an internal website. Additionally, they gained experience with Debian, CentOS, and Solaris systems, as well as SVN and package building.

Currently, Srikanth is working at Critical Mention, where they hold the position of Director. Previously, they served as a DevOps Tech Lead. In their role, they worked on Linux platforms, utilizing various command-line tools. Srikanth also handled incident detection, diagnosis, and response using ticketing systems like Jira and Redmine.
