President And Chief Operating Officer at Critical Path Institute (C-Path)

Kristen Swingle has a diverse work experience in the health care industry and nonprofit sector. Kristen currently serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Critical Path Institute (C-Path), overseeing operations and ensuring the organization's sustainability and growth. Previously, they held leadership roles at Arizona BioIndustry Association (AZBio) as the Chairwoman and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors, where they supported the growth of Arizona's life science industry. Kristen is also a member of the Women Business Leaders of the US Health Care Industry Foundation (WBL), a nonprofit organization that connects women executives in the health care industry. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at California Cryobank LLC and AMAG Pharmaceuticals, where they oversaw stem cell manufacturing, quality operations, consumer sales, and operations for the Cord Blood Registry product team. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Laboratory Operations at Cord Blood Registry and held positions at Aerotech P&K as the Microbiology Laboratory Manager and Research and Development Specialist.

Kristen Swingle holds a Master's Degree in Medical Sciences from Texas A&M University. Kristen completed their Master's Degree in an unspecified year prior to 2002. Prior to obtaining their Master's Degree, Kristen Swingle earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Northern Arizona University in 1998.
