Danny Malone

As Customer Success Director, Danny and his team are focused on helping new and existing customers get the most value from SafeZone, driving the use of the SafeZone platform for lone worker protection, personal safety, emergency communications, and incident management. He loves the fact that the Customer Success team’s work directly impacts and benefits thousands of people around the world; improving outcomes and even saving lives.

Under his leadership, the Customer Success team won the prestigious Security & Fire Excellence ‘Customer Care Initiative of the Year’ award.

Danny has spent his career in the safety and security industry deploying high-tech systems in command & control, traffic, and building management all over the World. Being fluent in Arabic, Danny spent a large part of his career in the Middle East, from Beirut to Dubai, working with Municipalities, Governments, Police, and Royalty. Danny has held several prominent roles in the industry, including Operations Manager at Entelec – PSIM, Product Manager at CitySync, Project Managing ANPR deployments all over the UK.

In his free time Danny is a competitive runner with many marathons under his belt and when not running, is never far from his guitar, piano, or a microphone!
