Narayana Murthy Uppala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solution architecture and automation. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at CriticalRiver Inc. since July 2021, Narayana has a robust background in developing innovative solutions for Endpoint and Service Desk Automation. Prior to this role, Narayana was with Avolin from January 2007 to June 2021, holding various titles including Chief Design Consultant and Senior Principal Customer Solutions Consultant. In these roles, Narayana focused on enterprise architecture, requirements gathering, and integration with third-party systems such as ChatBot and ServiceNow.
