Jeanne Dekerf

Jeanne Dekerf is an experienced sales and account management professional with a strong background in customer experience and marketing services. Since October 2017, Jeanne has served as an Enterprise Sales Executive at Critizr, a technology company focused on customer listening and feedback management, enhancing consumer experience through innovative solutions. Prior to this role, Jeanne worked at Experian from August 2009 to October 2017, advancing from Chef de projet E-marketing to Key Account Manager, responsible for developing business offerings and managing a diverse portfolio of clients including Nocibé and Club Med.
