Douglas Yost

Douglas Yost serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Crittenton Services since March 2024 and has an extensive background in both academic and clinical settings. Since August 2008, Douglas has been an Adjunct Professor at Azusa Pacific University, contributing to the Psychology program and the Department of Marriage and Family Therapy. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Therapeutic Programs at both David & Margaret Youth and Family Services and Haynes Family of Programs, where leadership was provided to programs supporting at-risk youth and families. Douglas also operated Enliven Counseling Services as President and Owner, focusing on marital counseling and mental health issues. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hope International University.
