Kayla Faith

Kayla Faith has a diverse background in customer relations and administrative support, currently serving as a Region Customer Relations Specialist at Critter Control since August 2022 and concurrently at Rollins, Inc. since April 2018. Prior experience includes the role of Administrative Support Specialist at PermaTreat Pest and Termite Control from April 2018 to August 2022, where responsibilities encompassed implementing office policies, managing payroll, assisting branch managers, and overseeing staff. Earlier experience as Business Development Manager at My Spa Joy involved managing daily operations, staff training, and recruitment. Kayla Faith holds a degree in Psychology with a focus on Counseling Psychology from the University of Houston, and completed studies at Houston Community College and Lamar High School, where a high school diploma was earned.
