Patricia Nesgoda

Patricia Nesgoda has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as the Director of Property Operations at CRM Residential since October 2004. Demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and a customer-friendly approach, Patricia is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. Prior to the current role, Patricia held the position of Property Manager at Somers Point Apartments from April 2006 to July 2007, managing operations during a short-term transition period. Additionally, Patricia managed conventional apartments and townhomes at Sea Aire, Mystic Point, and Paradise Club Apartments from January 2002 to August 2004, overseeing day-to-day operations in various communities in New Jersey.
