Dr. Meenakshi Banerjee

Dr. Meenakshi Banerjee has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Dr. Meenakshi started their career in 2002 as the Head-HR at Sahara Star, Sahara Hospitality Limited, where they successfully led the HR function and implemented a voluntary retirement scheme for 800 employees. In 2005, they founded and served as the Director of Meezon HR Services, a boutique HR consulting firm specializing in recruitment solutions, HR policies, and employer branding. Dr. Meenakshi worked with Meezon for over six years before joining CRMNEXT in 2014 as the Regional Head-HR. Over the years, Dr. Banerjee took on increasing responsibilities at CRMNEXT, including the role of AVP-HR from 2017 to 2021, and currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Dr. Meenakshi Banerjee began their education at Carmel Convent, where they studied from kindergarten to tenth grade. From 1990 to 1992, they attended Loreto Convent, Lucknow, where they completed their XII studies with a focus on geography and economics. Dr. Meenakshi then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree at Avadh Girls Degree College from 1992 to 1995, studying anthropology, economics, and English. Following this, from 1995 to 1997, they attended Lucknow University and obtained a Master's in Public Administration (MPA). Most recently, from 2017 to 2022, Dr. Banerjee pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Chitkara University.
