Lipika Mohanty

Lipika Mohanty has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and people development. Lipika started their career in 1994 as an Assistant Manager HR at Hindustan Motors Ltd, where they worked until 1998. Lipika then worked at LML as a Deputy Manager HR from 1998 to 2000. After that, from 2000 to 2002, they served as an HR Manager at Aithent Technologies. In 2002, they joined Triple A Consulting as a Project Manager and worked there until 2004. In 2006, they founded HR Collaborators and served as the Founder Director. Lipika also worked at Serco as an HR Head (Advisor) from 2006 to 2008, where they were responsible for setting up the HR function and ensuring alignment with company goals.
