Rajeev Bhatia

Rajeev Bhatia has extensive work experience in the IT and consulting industry. Rajeev is currently the Vice President - Delivery at CRMNEXT since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Consulting Partner at Dezyne Technologies Private Limited from January 2021 to July 2021, where they were responsible for independent IT consulting and new account development. Rajeev also served as a Product Owner (Insurance) for new initiatives and ideas.

Before that, Rajeev held the position of Group Project Manager at Infosys McCamish Systems from December 2019 to December 2020. At DXC Technology, they worked in multiple roles including Manager - Application Delivery. From May 2016 to November 2019, they served as a Sr. Program Manager and Global Lead - QA & Automation (RPA and Test automation) for a large transformation program in the US Life Insurance space. In addition, from March 2016 to March 2018, they worked as a Regional Program Executive and Engagement Manager for one of the leading global Insurers in the ASIA market.

Rajeev's earlier experience includes working at CSC in various roles. Rajeev served as a Program Director, where they were responsible for CSC service delivery for Sales and Marketing, Business as Usual (BAU), and Application Delivery for Property & Casualty (P&C) and Group business for 12 entities in 7 countries from January 2015 to February 2016. Rajeev also worked as an AMO (Application and Maintenance Outsourcing) Transition Executive for the same organization from March 2013 to December 2014.

Furthermore, Rajeev held the role of Offshore Delivery Manager and Competency Lead at CSC, where they managed product development and client implementations for CSC's Agent/Agency compensation platform. Rajeev also established an offshore competency for CSC's PerformancePlus platform during their tenure from July 2010 to February 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Deputy Project Manager from July 2007 to June 2010, Senior Software Engineer from July 2005 to June 2007, Onsite Tech Lead from April 2006 to September 2006, Software Engineer from July 2003 to June 2005, and Program Analyst Intern from August 2002 to June 2003.

Rajeev Bhatia attended Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology from 1998 until 2002, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computers. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2002, they received the FLMI Level 1 certification from LOMA. In 2010, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Lastly, in October 2019, Rajeev obtained the Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
