Miglena Velinova

Miglena Velinova has extensive experience in the airline and travel industry, currently serving as a Sales Representative for the Benelux region at Croatia Airlines since October 2013, and previously holding the role of Ticketing and Reservation Officer. Prior to this, Miglena worked as a Passenger Service Agent at Aviapartner and as a corporate travel agent at FCm Travel Solutions Belgium. Early career experiences include an internship as a travel agent at USA Travel and a Senior Sales and Reservation Agent position at Profitours Ltd. Miglena's foundational experience in sales and reservation began at Balkan Bulgarian Airlines. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, along with various certifications in travel and tourism, including a distinction from an IATA course. Additionally, Miglena has pursued language studies in Dutch.
