Brett Reese

Chief Investment Officer at Crocker Partners

Brett Reese is responsible for originating and evaluating new investment and business development opportunities and executive value creation strategies for South Florida. Since joining the Crocker organization, he has been directly involved with the acquisition of over 4.5 million square feet of office space across South Florida — with a total value of approximately $1 billion.

Prior to that, he co-founded White Oak Capital, a privately held real estate investment company focusing on value-add and core-plus office opportunities throughout Florida.

His previous experience includes managing acquisitions and asset management at Fifteen Group and The Georgetown Company, where he was Asset Manager for Easton, a 6 million square foot mixed-use development. Mr. Reese began his career in the Investment Banking Division of J.P. Morgan in New York.

Mr. Reese earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida and a Certificate in Financial Management from Cornell University.
