Florence Cheung

Florence Cheung has been working in the finance and accounting field since 1999. Florence began their career at Portera Systems as Corporate Controller in 1999. In 2002, they moved to NetContinuum as Corporate Controller & Acting Director of Human Resources. In 2005, they joined Cortina Access Inc. as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President Finance & Corporate Controller, and Corporate Controller, Sr. Director of Finance. In this role, they were responsible for leading worldwide corporate accounting operations, financial and SEC reporting, ensuring international local statutory and tax compliance, performing due diligence related to potential M&A transactions, and purchase price accounting for M&A transactions. In 2015, they moved to Crocus Technology as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Finance & Corporate Controller.

Florence Cheung obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Accounting & Health Care Fiscal Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Information Systems from the Wisconsin School of Business.
